All Sales Are Final
All product and service sales made by West Medical Aesthetics are final. Once a purchase is completed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged. This policy applies to all aesthetic treatments, skincare products, packages, and gift cards.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges except in the rare case of:

Defective or damaged retail products received at the time of purchase.

Incorrect products provided in error.
If you believe your situation qualifies for review, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at westmedok@gmail.com. Supporting documentation, such as proof of purchase and photos, may be required.
All gift card and prepaid package purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Expiration dates may apply based on state law or promotional terms.
